Peter can move people around by punching their gaurd. He's a freakshow when it comes to raw power and natural strength.
This is a difficult topic, because Wladimir's hands are lightning fast, and the right hand is most accurate.
My logic is....I think Peter beats Wlad in an arm wrestling match.

Well I've only ever really seen him do it against Jeremy Williams, who didn't have the strongest chin to begin with.
Peter is the stronger puncher overall, Wlad the better 1 punch artist, in my opinion.Comment

Wladimir knocked Eliseo Castillo, Paea Wolfgramm, Fabio Moli, and Zoran Vujejic out with 1 punch that I can remember.
Other knockouts were combination punches that put people in big trouble.

If you don't think that Peter hits very hard than you'd have to say the same for George Foreman. As in the case with Foreman, the source of Peter's power is heavy force supplied by dense muscle mass and bone structure.
Wladimir power comes from his athleticism and good form. Don't get me wrong, he has heavy hands and great strength, but is not on Peter's level in those areas.
Who's more liable to knock a guy out with one shot? Perhaps Wladimir. However, if were to have them both punch a heavybag equipped with a sensor to record punching power, I think Peter's punches would be significantly more forceful.
Look at the grizzly bear, a creature capable of delivering blows more powerful than any heavyweight boxer who ever lived. A full powered swipe of a grizzly's paw has been proven to be forceful enough to crack a bull's skull open like an egg shell. The reason for this is that the grizzly is of superior bone and muscle density. They don't need technique or proper form because they have ungodly strength due to their dense muscle and bone composition.
Grizzly's can strike each other over and over without deliver a mortal wound, yet when a bull of roughly the same weight is smashed, it perishes instantly. Raw power is not about weight, or even musculature, but bone structure and muscle density. Compared to the average heavyweight, and indeed the average human being of any profession, Peter has incredible muscle and bone density. He is boxing's impersonation of a grizzly bear.Comment
