Good, he needs to feel that embarrassment and come to terms with it. The way he fought, knowing he was behind on the cards and with his corner asking for a KO, was all-mental. That's perhaps the hardest type of problem to fix so it will be really interesting to see if he can mentally adjust. If he let his hands go, I have no doubt that he could dish a vicious beating on Fury.

This is sort of a Wlad vs Wlad fight to me. No offense to Fury fans. I like Hodor, er, I mean Tyson Fury because he's fun to watch but think the outcome really depends on the condition of Wlad's mind. If Tyson couldn't hurt or land even 8 punches a round on a mentally broken Wlad, how is he going to handle one that is fighting back??

He was comprehensively out pointed throughout the entire fight - There was not a mistake he made, there was a bunch of them.

If Wlad just throws body punches he will be fine. Will he do it though? He is faster and stronger than Fury. He just fought shorter opponents for so long that he became a robot. All Fury did was stay out of Wlad's range and throw meaningless punches. He should be embarrassed.

Manhandling push and shove tactics obviously cant be used against a heavier opponent and ive always believed thats why he held the crown for so long, aswell as only ever fighting in germany or the ukraine.

Fury did Hurt Wlad several times in the fight.

Do you think Fury landing 8 punches a round had something to do with Wlad's ultra defensive style + clinching every time he had a chance? If anything, statistically, this was one of Fury's worst performances too. Even though it was easy for him, his numbers in other fights show us that he throws about double the amount of shots and usually lands at 1.5 x the connect %. I think both landed about 23%.

Even though this was Wladimir's worst performance, we have seen other fights where he also landed extremely few punches and wasn't ready to commit - The Haye fight being a prime example.

The difference between this and that fight was that Fury actually had the better jab of the two, and could hit Wlad when Wlad thought he was out of range.

What is surprising is that people were surprised basically. We didn't get to see an old Wlad or anything like that. He's pretty much been that type of fighter for a long long time.

Fury was both faster and stronger than Wlad.

Fury should be embarrassed? Deary me. This is a typical hater statement. Wanting someone to do what would diminish his advantage.
