"Bet you also think Geale could beat Cotto with ease."

A non weight drained geale at 160 could beat a Cotto. "simply put, Geale did not look like he was in shape to compete, and he did not. After weighing in at a gaunt 157 pounds yesterday" Geale now fights at 168. Cotto is overrated as well

GGG's resume is better but both resumes are excellent. You are doing your best to make both fighters look bad. Funny how all the experts rate GGG in the top 3 pound for pound in the world and many rate him number 1. All the experts rate Canelo in the top 10 pound for pound in the world and many have him in the top 5. Why do you think everybody wants to see them fight each other? Because they have such lousy resumes which is what you are trying to prove? What's the matter? Are they too white for you? Don't call yourself objective because you're not the least bit objective. Your agenda was to make both fighters look as bad as possible. Unfortunately for you they are two of the best fighters in the world. Keep on hating but they're not losing any fights any time soon.

I've yet to see a thread with the word "objective" in the title that actually was.

        This is a particularly poor.

Canelo def beat the higher level of opponents but i will agree that he has had a little too many very close fights. Cotto, Lara, and Trout, were his best wins but were all close, Lara fight was my a hair. But wins non the less, better than GGG. The problem with Canelo is he hasnt had that one great performance yet. Like the performance that have people in aw. When you take an elite opponent and dominate or KO him. Like Mayweather-Corrales, Pacquiao-Barrera, Ali-Liston, Roy jones-Toney etc. Canelo has had just close sometimes controversial wins. Still better than GGG tho. But GGG is the more dominate fighter, no close fights, and he has been ducked GREATLY.

Lara- a debatable win which could have gone the other way

            Trout- A very competitive win

Cintron- Faded fighter, should have retired

Angulo/Kirkland- B- fighters who are both past it

Khan--A 140 ponder moving to middleweight for the first time in his life, wins 3-5 rounds then gets KO'd.

            GGG best wins:

            Murray-tKO
            Geale-tKO
            Monroe-KO
            Lemieux-KO
            Rubio-KO
            Stevens-KO
            Ishida-KO
            Rosado-KO

I would say resumes are about equal due to the age factor with several of Canelo's biggest wins. I think in any case GGG could have the edge considering everyone he has fought he's dominated in TKO/KO fashion.

            Who's resume is better?

funny how you deliberately did none of the breakdown of the opponents that Golovkin fought. lol

What's funny is that I'm actually a bigger GGG fan than Canelo, especially since the vacating of title. GGG's fights have been extremely one sided, nothing to really breakdown. Repetitive one sided KO is much more impressive than anything Canelo has done

I'm a huge GGG fan but this pretty much sums it up. To me Can'tNelo resume is trash with the exception of mayweather Lara and trout. Whether it's debatable ala trout and Lara it's irrelevant point is he took risks against good opposition. My boy GGG was avoided for some time and is chasing that payday (Cotto Can'tNelo ) but neither wants to fight him so unfortunately he will have to unify and move up and never get that big fight that would have made him a huge cross over star. Oh well such is life

Sauls best "win" is Erinslady who i thought won the fight same with Cotto and jorneyman Trout the best thing going for him is his wife. If goldenboy wasn't tossing his salad the ginger would have 4+ losses he also had cringe worthy gift wins earlier in his career similar to Chavez jr
I think he could have proven himself if he fought Ward. He was willing to fight old man froch but not Ward, very interesting don't you think?

Andre breaks him down and PAC/GGG fanboys would be looking for the next boxer to fanboy up to.
