for me prime roy jones jr>>>>>>prime iron mike

prime iron mike never really fought anybody. when he finally fought a truly great fighter, the bully back downed.

personality wise, nobody was better than prime tyson, only prime ali trumps prime tyson in the personality department.
Roy is far and away better than Mike, but Roy never had that aura Mike did. Roy had people fight him scared, Virgil Hill comes to mind, but he still never had that destroyer of worlds persona.

As to the topic, I'd have to agree with most and go with either Liston or Foreman. Foreman would of destroyed Tyson.

To a certain degree, Jones hand cuffed guys. His ability to miss and make you pay had guys shook. Guys like Mayweather and Jones are the types you have to punch with. being to patient or too aggressive was ko city for prime Jones.

yea Foreman destroys squat swarmers, pressure fighters, etc....the way he drubbed Qawi, Frazier 2x, and Chuvalo.

Tyson would have defeat a lot of the past greats, many with dimensions on him, just not big george.

He'd have a better shot with Young foreman....he gassed and could be buzzed and dropped.

Anyway Foremans jab and uppercuts were too deadly for a fighter who depended on head movement and slipping punchers. Speed and movement are the best chance to beat Foreman. Fight to hear the final bell not knock his block off

Joe Louis should be on this list lol he wasn't really scary in the sense of the names that have been mentioned but that cold stare and lack of emotion is kinda creepy granted he couldn't celebrate beating white fighters but still it's creepy lol.

My vote goes Tyson then Forman, then Liston jake Lamatta looked pretty mean to looked like he'd beat your ass then punk you out of your fight purse lol
