You can make the cruiser weight division the light HW division under 224 . You wanted to put a cap on the HW division to weed out all the fatties ? which is a nonsensical comment since Fury is over 250 and guys are here and there may weigh more than that !

Huck fights at about 200 ,im pretty sure he was much heavier against Povetkin, whats the difference !

      Blak Bread -

I think most experts would have heavily favored Roy Jones over Butterbean, so I'm not sure that's a great example. Roy Jones also won the heavyweight championship of the world, something Butterbean never came close to doing.

Is it possible that you are in fact the one with the reasoning of an infant and that's why you reacted so incredulously to my logically sound position?

Divisions are in place to make money from fighters you wouldn't be able to make money from otherwise. Just as women's tennis association is in place to make money from players you wouldn't be able to make money from otherwise.

You could start a 6 foot and under basketball association if you wanted, but the best players, regardless of size, are in the NBA.

And the best boxers fight at heavyweight. You can be the "world champion" of the welterweights, but you're really like the 854th best boxer on the planet.

Most definitely. 99% Lil'G fans were once Butterbean fans. They came back to support boxing
