Even against Ward, GGG would be a slight favorite....against any SMW, he's a heavy favorite. Against basically everyone else, he's a heavy heavy favorite. Last I saw, the theoretical line for GGG/Canelo would be -650 in favor of GGG...& that has more to do with ppl betting against Canelo & moving the line. And mind you, it takes quite a bit of money to move a line...no casual $5 bet is going to move a line. So, in essence, you are correct. This will become GGG's era just by lack of 50/50 contests available.

    god you talk bollocks

casual fans think that boxing is a math's game LMAO

NO insider backs Golovkin to beat Ward.

Maybe you do understand betting, but you don't know much about boxing.

If you really think that Golovkin can beat Ward, you should change your username to "dumb money".

And sure, come to my book & bet...my book is one of the few who offers early boxing fight odds...you'll figure it out...there's only so many outfits that take sports bets.

For goodness sake man, you don't sound like you know whats up at all.

        1) that fight hasn't even been signed LMAO. NOBODY has bet on that fight as yet...... and I don't believe that any sports book in the world has put odds on Golovkin/Ward.

I have a feeling that you are full-of-it.

        2) if you know anything about betting you will know that there is a MASSIVE difference between opening money, and closing money.... let alone late bets..... so it's real dumb to project on, not only early odds, but a fight that has not - and may not - ever get signed.

        I think you're talking bollocks.

Providing ******** information is not bollocks. The one thing in boxing I do know a ton of is the ******** aspect of it. And no big bettor in Vegas is going to take as big an underdog as Canelo over GGG if that fight is ever made. Maybe Canelo can win the volume bets...even though I doubt it since most casual Mexican bettors I spoke to bet on Khan (& Canelo would have to win his fans back in order to get their money backing him on a wager...everyone's seen his twitter account...he has very few betting fans out there who would back him). Big money was on Canelo in his last fight...casuals took Khan. I never gave any opinion on the fight...just betting trends. Straight up, if a GGG/Ward fight was ever made, GGG would be favored. So your trolling has no affect on the information I posted. Whether you want to believe it or not, that's what will happen. So go back to your bridge & ponder that a bit, troll...

And we're talking guys who might wager half-a-mil in a night of boxing...mind you, we don't usually offer undercard fights as a wager. So, basically, these big bettors are waging a ton on 1 fight. There was this one case where these brothers who owned a pearl business in the pacific isles would only ever come to vegas on the weekends when there was a boxing match...and these guys would fire away on the biggest favorites, no matter how high we set the line...we're talking -500, -700, -900...I'm not trying to do you bad...i'm just telling you where the money usually goes. So, if a GGG/Ward fight is ever made, GGG will be the favorite & the big money will be on him.

Then the best bet by far is Ward.

I say again, NO insider picks Golovkin over Ward for a very good reason.

Boxing is not math's, Ward does almost EVERYTHING better than Golovkin.

You don't know shyt about betting aboutfkntime...you should just give it up now. Potential boxing matches are provided as a prop, with a stipulation that if the fight doesn't happen in a year, it will be refunded...depending on each book's house rules. If a book wants to take bets on a potential matchup, they can...who's to say they won't?...you?...don't make me laugh. Books have taken bets for much dumber reasons...in super bowl props, they'll take bets on what color gatorade is dumped on the coach!...any bet is possible if there's interest to bet it. Even when the May/Pac fight was just a potential fight, books were taking bets on it. So go back to your bridge, troll...

Don't be an idiot. Of course the experts & handlers can sort boxing into math. We see it all the time in the form of boxing bets. Where do you think they got the line from?...a scientist? GGG would be an underdog to nobody except FMJ. Go back to your bridge, troll...

If you work for a sports book you know lines aren't always set based on who the handicappers think will win. Lines are set to make the casinos as much money as possible while ensuring they don't lose their shirts. More money will come in on GGG if he's the favorite or underdog. The casinos stand to lose more money if he were the underdog and beat Ward. They wouldn't lose as much if he was the favorite and beat Ward. That's why he would be the favorite. Not because he's better.

I simply do not believe that at all.

And that is just fanboy dribble..... Canelo dropped that belt 5 minutes ago, and I don't believe that a single quantifiable change has occurred within the sports/betting industry..... let alone BEFORE the Khan fight.

I think you are talking utter bollocks, and I think that you completely made up that line about Mexican betters (or any halfwit) betting big money on Khan.

I call bollocks on that ^^
