    These guys are soft.
Yes go to 160 for Floyd Mayweather aka the best of this era and biggest payday of this era. You cant have it both ways because ggg's team said ggg would go to 154 for floyd also but apparently not for Lara or Canelo. Also ggg is willing to go to 168 for froch or chavez but isnt willing to fight at that same weight vs the best of that division in Ward. Get real btw I dont support canelo at all and he pulled a ***** move by dropping the title

Since Sanchez will not specify what weight Golovkin will fight at nor offered any consistency for why Golovkin will fight certain opponents at one weight eg. below 160 for Mayweather but no one else and up to 172 for Froch but not for anybody else makes any claim to knock out anyone between 154 and 168 ambiguous. To argue otherwise is at best a failure to understand basic words and at worse is to lie to yourself.

No, I know how the sport works. You minimise the risk while maximising the reward. That's what champions do, right?
Do you expect Sanchez to appear on video once a month with a list of all the top 20 fighters from 154 to 168 and deliver a 4 hour lecture specifying the terms Golovkin would want to fight each of them at every possible weight between 154 and 168?

There are also a slew of youtubes with lil g speculating how he'd do against this guy or that guy outside his weight class, with most of them having him saying how much he wants those fights.

Golovkin’s English was noticeably better in his interview, certainly a far improvement from the first time he was on the show before his fight with Proksa. Golovkin goes to English classes once a week for two hours in an effort to speak the language fluently, because he knows how vital that is for the growth of his career to get fights with the champions in my division.

“It’s important that I learn English so I can be bigger in boxing and guys in my division will fight me,” explained Golovkin.

Most of the guys at 160 have said no. Golovkin made it clear that he would fight anyone from 154-168, including Andre Ward and Canelo Alvarez.

“I feel HBO is pushing for me and Ward maybe next year, but I’m focused on Matthew Macklin. Ward needs time for rehab and I need to have a few more fights for super middleweights. Right now, I think he is probably the best fighter in the world but it’s still a few fights away. For me the two biggest fights are Andre ward and Canelo Alvarez because I’m at 165 and I can make middleweight and I can still make jr. middleweight. I think that would also be good for Golden Boy, everyone involved.”

The only fighter I see giving GGG a hard time right now is Ward not because of size or power but because of his boxing skill.
The Monroe fight showed he has a weak inside game and if pushed he gets tired. Stevenson and Lemeuix both fought mid range in ggg's comfort zone and he was able to tee off. Neither of those fighters are as big, strong, fast or skilled as those at 168.

I'm so dissapointed on GGG for ducking what could have been the ONLY megafight of his career

Canelo at 155 was the fight to make. GGG should have accepted the A-sides terms. He should have POUNCED on that opportunity, instead of acting like a delusional diva, thinking he could impose crap on the sport's biggest cash cow

Now he's back to fighting chumps and being ducked by every top name in the MW division, meanwhile his clock is tickling

mark my words, GGG will REGRET, as in pounding his head against a wall regret, not taking the canelo match at caneloweight

There is a big difference between what he said in that article and what you stated he had said originally. You said him and abel both have been saying they can beat anyone one from 154 to 168 so again i'll ask you "show us where he himself has made that statement"

Not sure why people make the conclusion that Abel is saying Golovkin would fight at 154, he's saying no one from the division would go the distance.

There was never an offer to fight Canelo, not at any weight. Canelo dropped the belt before even negotiating anything, there was never an offer turned down by K2. Canelo didn't want the fight and now he's apparently looking at guys like Smith at 154.

I think GGG is vulnerable as you say but I haven't seen him tired. I see him as methodical. Even though he does get hit it doesn't seem to phase him. It's true that if he goes up in weight he may face opponents with more power. I think he just wanted to legitimize the MW belt by beating Canelo first. After that we have to wait and see what the other competition will bring. A fight with Ward would be interesting if only to see if he could stand up to someone with that kind of talent. It certainly will be nice to see someone who can challenge him. So far that hasn't been the case.
