That's not skilled fighting. That's taking a lotta unnecessary punishment. Either way, not getting into a pissing match. They fight the way they have to fight to be successful. I respect it, even if I'm not overly entertained by it.

Great fight with lot of action and both fighters looked very damaged. I was impressed with Salido because every time he looked close to be TKO he was able to recover amazingly. I think the draw is a fair call.

I enjoyed the fight tonight. Just not going crazy over it. I also don't wanna put these guys right back in the ring with each other. Both have been in some brutal fights recently. They both need to scale the competition level back for a fight or two.

FOTY candidate!!! I had it. Draw as well, Salido is made of stones and bricks, everytime he got hurt the man just brought it even more. If this was 15 rounds, I think Vargas would've gotten stopped!!

Both guys deserve the rest of the year off after that, I think it should be sold as a classic. Rematch will make some good money!!

What did he say? I missed the danm fight

IIRC he said something along the lines that 'fights like this is why the UFC is ahead of boxing', implying that UFC doesn't suffer from internal politics like boxing does.
