As the article points out, Martinez-Loma is only having standard commission testing so seems neither are too concerned on if they're facing a PED user.

I'm kind of torn on this issue. I understand that tainted meat in Mexico is a serious problem and other athletes have tested positive from eating the meat and they were given exemptions. But then again Vargas admitted he knew about the tainted meat in Mexico. They say he's testing clean now but isn't the point of taking PED's is to use it then flush it from your system? Welp, they're fighting and i'm going to watch so.....

Why the hell would a farmer give clenbuterol to an animal? Clenbuterol is used to lose weight, farmers want their animals to be bigger and weigh more. Unless it's micrograms of clenbuterol, he should be banned from boxing and his future fights should be cancelled.

Not to mention, if a farmer is willing to give clenbuterol to his animals, why wouldn't they give them cheaper and more benefical PEDs? I never say anyone test positive for a PED that isn't benefical for boxing.

It gives the animals lean meat, which is why farmers use it.
