Spoon you can't show me in my post where I said connor was starving or poor. I never said that. Also I said all along ANY fight plan involving connor has to go through dana white as he owns connor. Were me and you disagree on is why fighters fight. As a former fighter (not going to lie, I was not the best) I spent a ton of time with champions and cubs. Everyone started fighting as a way to escape a particular situation. After they made decent money were they concerned about legacy. And make no mistake about it dana white wants this fight to happen as he will make ten truck loads of money off of it. You keep talking about a circus what are you referring to?

Even in retirement, Floyd is about just as active as the current fighters. Fighters are not fighting anymore. 1 to 2 times per year and that's all they are committing to. A sad scene in the sport today.

Real fighters think of fighting first before anything else, passion first before money. That is what separates the men from the boys. Money is 2nd only to them.

The hunger for fighting is what drives them. Gregor won't be able to go back to UFC if he spits on Dana, your crude logic won't fly.

Life is not all about money. To most, It's about legacy.

If Gregor follows your dumb logic. He would lose badly in a boxing ring and forever be humiliated for the world to see. Then completely lose out on the fight game since he dissed Dana for one big paycheck.

I don't disagree with the assessment of a circus fight. But connor called floyd out for quite some time so floyd dictates the particulars. If im a football player and I call you out as a basketball player saying I can kick your butt, of course you are going to accept the challenge on the basketball court.
