  • This whole "top 10" debate ia ******. GGG fights in one of the worst divisions in boxing. Who cares if he fights guys in the top 10? Most of the top 10 middleweights suck.

next time that MFer goes any where near a belt, he better be fighting for it.

They didnt believe they could beat Ward so they put an unrealistic weight stipulation to kill negotiations.
So meeting in the middle is an unrealistic weight stipulation? If it 100% favors ward...then it's realistic. Ok

I highly doubt he'll be anything like what you guys thing he is now if he fights at 168. That being said he has every right to stay where he is and dominate, but he doesn't deserve the accolades he's getting if he wants to stay where sub par comp resides.
The guy that forfeited his belt to Ggg is not subpar comp, he's p4p higher than anyone at 168

He has the most top10 wins on active boxers, there was an article on it. you fail.
he can afford to fight 3 times a year when he only fights one good fighter in a year...just saying

The guy who fights 1lb above JMW and not an oz more who ggg has yet to fight, but is willing to spend the 1 year left of prime he has chasing? Okay. Beating canelo, who arguably lost to Lara, Trout and definitely Floyd doesn't make a legacy. hell canelo wouldn't even be on that list if his promoter didn't own the damn magazine. But ggg can keep chasing

That article was since 2012, was proven wrong in that thread and the poster used the same site (tbrb) the article writer used. Adonis Stevenson and Danny Garcia had the most. The article did show that Golovkin had never fought a top 3 ranked fighter though while loads of other fighters had.

Exactly, I like GGG but Sanchez and some of his more extreme, ****** fans make it hard to root for a guy like him.

"155 not MW, dis not respeck, 160 is MW but we want Ward 164 doe." - GGG

Golovkin was ready to fight Ward in 2013, but Ward wasn't ready for him.

Ward STILL wasn't ready when he sent Loeffler that bull**** "offer" last year. He wasn't offering to fight GGG next, or even that year. He wanted Golovkin to wait while he had a couple of tune-ups before they fought each other. If Golovkin had signed that offer he would still be waiting for Ward to be ready now.

Ward will NEVER be ready to fight GGG.

Golovkin is older than Ward and if he had signed the contract Roc sent him last year he would still be waiting for Ward to finish pissing around with his tune-ups.

                    • Only fight I care about Golovkin fighting at 168lbs is the winner of DeGale/Jack. Otherwise MW has the better upcoming talent with Eubank, Derevyanchenko, and Khytrov.
