The 2nd fight preconditions are:
USADA will do the testing and not vada
Bayless is still the ref
Dave Moretti will be the judge for the 21 time in a Floyd fight ( which obviously it's always the same biased lopsided score card since the very first time andup to now)
IV is allowed with the tues.
Excessive hugging is allowed and floyd will not be penalized for stinking up the fight to stop any action that will legitimize a great fair fight in the ring
