SPIEGEL: What did Greene, who denies having doped, get from you?
Heredia: IGF-1 and IGF-2, epo and ATP – that stands for adenosine triphosphate, which intensifies muscle contraction.
SPIEGEL: Undetectable for testers?
Heredia: Undetectable. We’ve used ointments that do not leave any traces and that enable a consistently high testosterone level in athletes.
SPIEGEL: Are you proud?
Heredia: Of course, I still am.
SPIEGEL: Do you advocate the authorization of doping?
Heredia: No, but I believe we should authorize the use of epo, IGF and testosterone, as well as adrenaline and epitestosterone – substances that the body produces itself. Simply for pragmatic reasons, because it is impossible to detect them, and also because of the fairness aspect.
SPIEGEL: Are you serious: fairness?
Heredia: Yes. Take for example the most popular drug: epo. Epo changes the hemoglobin value, and it is simply the case that people have different hemoglobin levels. Authorizing the use of epo would enable the fairness and equality that supposedly everyone wants. After all, there are genetic differences between athletes.
SPIEGEL: Differences between living things are called nature. You want to make all athletes the same through doping?
Heredia: Normal athletes have a level of 3 nanograms of testosterone per milliliter of blood; the sprinter Tim Montgomery has 3 nanograms, but Maurice Greene has 9 nanograms. So what can Tim do? It isn’t doping with endogenous substances that’s unfair, it is nature that’s unfair
Heredia: I’ve created 20 different drugs that are still undetectable for the doping testers.Comment

Look, Manny and Marquez had 4 great fights. Those fights will always be remembered and yes, especially #4. Its like Gatti vs Ward, Ali vs Frazier, Morales vs Barrera and so on. Take some positives from that. I have.
and no, Manny lost several fights. He lost to Morales and Marquez. 7 great fights to watch. When a fight turns out to be great, when your guy wins, its just a bonus ...... but I get it, we all want our guy to win. Including myself.Comment

Oh yea, and revisit that poll. Cheers!Comment

PAC's previous losses can't be counted, cuz he didn't have Ariza shakes.
Thus, PAC is undefeated! Slow motion proves it!
His lawsuit for lying is still moving forward!!
Great stuff!Comment

PAC knocked himself out cold to get the fight with Floyd. PAC threw himself on a powerful Marquez right hand, and only pretended to be dead, so Floyd would fight him.

If TBE fought Manny Pac again I'm pretty sure TBE will be victorious, nobody will beat TBE's running & hugging defense, that's the best sweet science in boxing history, TBE was the Las Vegas champ, Kenny Bayless will be the referee & judges will be selected by TBE's promotion company which was in control to all his fight, the only way to beat TBE is by knockout which we all know that nobody is capable to do that because of TBE's running & hugging combination was too much for any opponents, no matter what the results is....TBE will be victorious by judges decision, that's why he was TBE and way better than Mohammed Ali & Sugar Ray Robinson........TBE was the Vegas Judges Champ & forever be remember as the number one boxer in history of Las Vegas......
Great stuffComment
