What? Passive REHAB can start before the removal of the sling. Then after that month you are saying that they wanted Manny to wait it out for another month until he gets back to the USA? That does NOT make any sense. First you say that there is a problem that he did very little during the first 3 months but now you are trying to find proof to validate that its OK to start off as Manny did(according to your version). So then what's your problem?
