Yet ADP02 refers me to the story of a man who talked about this injury, but didn't post the video. Upon finding the video, the man clearly states at the end THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU FOLLOW THE DOCTOR'S PRESCRIBED REHABILITATION.

I have said this before. You can follow the doctor's prescribed REHAB exercises without doing it in his office. The doctor shows you or has pictures with instructions and or refers you to a website which has the instructions. Then the patient goes home and does them there. Yes, you can also go get some help and go to a PT but even then what they do is show you a few exercises that you need to do at your home.

How do I know? I have gone thru it. Most of the hard work is done at home.


Wrong about the scuba diving. My point was that you had it wrong. Manny was not doing Olympic style swimming and making things worse for his shoulder. So once you understand that then you need to understand that what he did was helpful for his shoulder.

He was claiming that he was completely healed in early August...or your butt buddy ADP02 would say he was claiming to be completely healed in September, but can't explain how he was completely healed without rehabbing since he never saw a doctor, never did rehab, and only swam according to his own words. He was due to begin the rehabilitation program in July!
