It's good to see Charr back in the ring after getting shot. He is very lucky & didn't suffer the same fate as Boytsov. This could be a good motivating factor. His last lost was to that Breidis guy who I never heard of at the time but he is looking like a top contender in the CW division. Charr is B level but he would make a good opponent for any HW.
