          Exactly Ustinov is the second best Russian HW -- actually I think he is the best now that Povetkin has been exposed as cheat and therefore all his notable wins are suspect.

                  Because his promoter is still suing Wilders adviser. At least Haymon will be working with Top Tank soon. Brandon Rios said on fighthype that he might be on the PBC soon.

                    how do you figure that? The substance was LEGAL up until January of this year. I'm sure a lot of boxers took it in the past. VADA and USADA do not report on fighters taking legal substances, only banned substances, so it boxers were using it in the past it would go unreported.
