No one said he wouldn't fight Mayweather and I don't remember hearing too much about Trout but you are correct about Lara and good for him. He has a solid resume and some good wins.

But he will not fight GGG unless GGG gets beaten, injured, old or there is no other avenue left.

I think he will. Canelo is a prideful guy and I can't imagine he feels good about most of the boxing world thinking he is ducking a big fight. Same elements got him to fight Trout and Lara. I don't think he will be able to hold out for long against the media pressure, especially if his next fight is perceived as a bigger mismatch than Khan was.

As I always say, I feel Canelo probably has the balls to fight (and get KOd by) GGG but his team would not allow...not just yet anyway.
