Porter drew(and probably should've lost to) Julio Diaz. Hes not as good as hes made out to be. His signature win is still Malignaggi.
DeFail should've also lost his belt to Medina so he is actually pretty overrated and that "unification" is a joke.

Fury is the only one really.

You say that like Barroso is some sort of feral killer.
If that's the best you've got, than no wonder youre so desperate.

If these are not good enough for you then you don't just have a problem with British title holders, you've got a problem with the vast majority of belt holders. The list of champions across all weights is littered with stories like these. If those are your standards then there's maybe 2 or 3 boxers out there who aren't paper champions.

The euros celebrating another win of a meaningless title - I don't want to hear about Adrien Broner not being a four weight champion if you guys are going to give dab to this sucka ( Ricky Burns )...btw Burns just remember you are in Terence Crawfords weight now how about you look for the rematch ha?!

I like Burns, he's not as shot as people say either, but Jesus Christ, where does Eddie Hearn find these bums? The Italian was awful.

Last night had a decent undercard and **** main event, tonight, it's a good main event with a **** undercard. Why can't Eddie get it right?

The only thing these guys can do is buy title shots always choosing the path of least resistance against mediocre opposition.
            This guy actually ducked Broner.
Out of all their belts, like maybe two aren't complete paper titles.
But hey, theyre playing the quantity>quality because quality is obviously harder to get.
Too bad the obesity crisis has got so bad in the U.S. that Athetes like Broner lose their belts on the scales.

But otherwise you are totally on point. Ricky Burns should have refused the fight on the grounds he's not worthy of it. That's what you'd suggest I assume?

The funniest part about your post is the picture of Deontay Wilder in your sig. Hahahaha! No irony there at all.

Also, all very well saying Porter and Dirrell are overrated once they've been beaten. Before they lost most considered them very good fighters who'd easily beat these Brit 'hyped up paper champs'. I'm willing to bet you were one of those people too.

It's ok, we'll keep our paper champs and you can keep Wilder. Pure quality- no hype!

It tells you what kind of weakass boxing era we're living in,

when someone like Burns can become a 3 division world champion

we all know he's losing that belt to anyone with a pulse, though

I'm a Burns fan but Di Rocco is hardly anyone to get worked up over. Good performance from the Scot against a mediocre opponent.

There was a time when burns was really a top fighter and beat good opponents across super feather and lightweight, fights he wasn't supposed to win. It's clear now that he is too slow and too uncoordinated. Any good LWW blows him away.

You can argue this win was weak but from Martinezb y way of Katsidis, Mitchell, Moses and Gonzalez, Burns solidified his place as a top super feather and a top lightweight.

He's the 1st Scottish boxer to hold 3 World titles in 3 weight divisions. He's only the 3rd British fighter to do it. Bob Fitzsimmons did it in 1903 and Duke Mackenzie did it in 1992 and now Ricky Burns has done it in 2016.
