But what happens to Warren if he makes BJS/GGG and BJS gets destroyed? He just lost whatever draw he had in his top fighter for a fight that would be big, but not Froch/Groves big.

18 months ago Eubank stepped out of the novice nursery and held Billy Joe to a split decision. If he'd got going earlier, he would have won. In his four fights since then he's shown more improvement than BJS, and would probably beat Saunders if they fought today. Presumably he turned down Warren's offer because he didn't want to fight for Warren on Warren's terms. The idea that Saunders has any hope against GGG is no less silly than Eubank's boasts in that regard. And Warren knows it.

I know it's double edge to it...but it's a reality that saunders last fight sold 3500 tickets and choosing easy fights will not make saunders more popular in the UK...and he might be champ of the WBO but everybody knows who the best middleweigjt in the world is....when calzaghe was champion at least he was arguably the top guy.....hearn has such a stronghold on the UK scene....it wasn't like that when there was Collins,Benn, calazghe and Eubanks ...ITV and warren controlled the scene..it's gone the opposite way now where it's hearn and matchroom ....warren owns box nation and saunders will fight on that channel so there's not even money getting paid by itv now.....so he needs good ticket sells to turn profit on the fight and without a big name for saunders he will lose on the show and saunders will receive mediocre purses..if I was Saunders I would go for a big fight either against canelo if it's a big purse ...we know Oscar would pay Saunders the money he wanted becaue a belt would be on the line and canelo might have a chance of winning it

You have to favour Golovkin but it would be one of the better fights for him if no Canelo.

Eubank won't just roll over and be another easy opponent, you can bet he'll be in the pocket throwing a shit ton of punches with GGG and landing a fair share of decent shots. Plus he's a huge middleweight, very strong at the weight, Golovkin would have to work hard for this one but he probably breaks him down late.

I agree and I believe Eubanks would put up a more ferocious effort and at least try to hurt golovkin....it's highly unlikely he beats golovkin but I think he would at least make golovkins face mark up....like it or not the Eubanks are very determined and ****y people and would try to win....if you want an example of it go watch Eubanks when he boxed cruiserweight Carl Thompson and went to war...he took a huge beating in that fight and showed his chin and heart...and Carl Thompson was the one who stopped David haye.....I would like to see golovkin vs Eubanks jnr because it would be toe to toe for while

              Just read the article....

              'Billy paces himself through fights'

Billy is known for tiring in the second half of fights and poorly pacing himself down the stretch.

lol at BJS having a chance of beating Golovkin. BJS said to Eubank Jr "Golovkin would knock me and you out on the same night". He doesn't even believe he has a chance

Eubank may lose to GGG but at least he would have the balls to fight GGG, unlike PutaCanelo.

I wouldn't say a million years. If Golovkin slows down, I could see Eubank Jr. beating him in like 3 years, if they're still in the sport.

Honestly, Saunders has 1 big fight to make and its either GGG or Canelo and If he loses in either then he has lost the chance of a next big fight.. Coz neither of those guys will fight him without the belt..

He can make good money for Canelo imo.. With Canelo it will be in Vegas and he might make as much as khan if not more.. With GGG he can fight in UK but for a lesser purse.. Also risk vs reward wise Canelo is relatively a winnable fight if he runs around all 12 rounds..
