Shields isn't wrong, but boxing is a business first. Especially today!

Fact of the matter is, Canelo could rematch Floyd or fight Pacquiao for far more money than he would make fighting Golovkin.

This isn't much different than what Gennady and his team did to Ward when he was still at 168, but somehow GGG gets a pass from the media and many of his peers.

You guys really sure on that..... Canelo has fought boxers from 3 different Grades of Classes

Trout- B class
Lara- B+/A class
May-S Class

He didn't do too well against any of them might have lost all 3 in some peoples view( didn't watch Trout,I thought Lara won but Lara lost himself that fight, and May Skunked). The Charlos are boxers who are bigger then Nelo and aren't afraid to punch, if they fight it's a long night for Nelo.

Yeah i'm definitely sure. Jermall can't adjust. I don't know if you saw the Trout vs Charlo fight, but Trout was throwing the same combo to the body and hitting Charlo with that left at will downstairs, not once did I see him adjust and throw a counter right uppercut, and Trout was open for it like crazy. Trout could of won that fight IMO, Charlo seems like a front runner. Maybe he'll correct it because it was his first time going 12, but he had nothing for Trout that second half of the fight

Yeah this isnt any different. Golovkin was a title holder at 168. Ward was mandatory to Golovkin. They were of the same size. Exactly the same situation. You are a true neutral sport observer without any bias.

Whom ever brings up the fact that GGG should stop ducking Ward is an absolute idiot or obvious GGG troll. Ward is signed to fight Kovalev at 175... Ward has moved up to light heavy weight. So according to your argument, GGG is SO damn good that he needs to jump 2, yes 2 full weight classes and challenge; many would argue one of the best boxers in the sport with a -15lb advantage...
