This is really embarrassing for Canelo. Whats he going to do when he gets older and his body doesn't want to drain anymore. He'll be forced to fight guys in his own weight and this farce will come to a screeching halt.

Canelo fans blame De La Hoya

Blaming De La Hoya is a cop out, Canelo very well could have this fight but he's not. Period, end ig discussion. He's Daffy mother ****ers.

He said it about a week or so I think it was. I think this was before Canelo vacated, so Im not sure how serious he was. Time will tell on that one.

              Canelo dont want to fight

When it comes down to it its Canelos decision. His promoter, manager and trainer all work for him. I understand he wants the money right, but that fight ( if it happens) is going to be at 160lbs. He will never get GGG at 155lbs., because it is a middleweight fight. Canelo should have told them to make this fight happen. Instead he looks like a coward and blames it on Golden Boy. Bottom line is if he really wanted this fight he would have told GB to make it happen. Now he has given up all his leverage. He is going to be a contender instead of the champ. He will get the smaller cut of the purse. I heard GB was wanting a 90/10 split. Thats insane. He will lose out on possibly the biggest payday of his career. What a joke. He embarasses all of the GREAT mexican champions by doing this. Chump
