Brook must be pretty special since his presence in the division has pushed Khan to go up to 155lbs and running scared.

    That takes a special fighter.

Floyd also retired because of him.

All of them are DOGTURD compared to Floyd & Pacquiao

        Thurman, Brook, Porter?

who cares...they all spend so long protecting themselves...Spence is the new man at the weight.

Thurman can't say anything when his last few opponents are blown up 140 pounder Khan leftovers. and now he is fighting Shawn Porter who is the ONLY decent opponent Brook has beat in his whole career LOL.

Timothy keeps it quiet and is the best man in the division whilst getting milked into irrelevancy by Arum

What a sorry state of a division which held popularity thanks to Floyd & Pac.

All of these dudes are going into there 30's before they even step up against each other. If you think they can hold out till their mid-late 30's like real ATG's then think again.

What it comes to down to at 147 is too much talk not enough action.

I like Bradley & Khan over all of these dudes..they have some substance to their earlier careers. Now young gun Spence is coming to clean up the division. I wish we still had Maidana around to keep these boys in check.

None of the WW's have faced anyone dangerous e.g. where they could lose consistently except Garcia. Thurman and Brook talk it large and dont have the resume to show for it. Brook has the 1 name which is acceptable but the biggest talker in the division, Thurman, who has he fought until now?

Are we sensing an upset in Porter vs Thurman? ...I'm starting to lean towards Porter now...

Which is why no one is at the top at 147 at the moment, they have a good/great list of 6/7 names but none have fought each other. Is Pederson at 147 now? If he is then that's another name to add to the list.

I'll take a draw with Bradley over beating Algieri

Yes but since then he has fought no one spectacular and hit the decks a few times doing it. Rigo is my guy but so is Brook. The eye test is true for both of them. Justify it to yourself how you want.

That's what I'm talkin' bout. Brook's victory over Porter was nice, but the guy has since fought nothing but prospects & fringe contenders in England. Things could shake out nicely for the WW division if they would all just fight each other. To me, Thurman should probably be #1 only for the reason that he's more active against better competition than any of the other WW's. Spence could possibly take over the division...but who wants to rush that guy?...I prefer he continue up the rankings & gain experience. If Brook can get that Vargas fight, then that would be a good test to see if he truly belongs at the top of the WW division. And I guarantee Bradley would fight all of em. By far the most stacked division in boxing.
