    There's no outright definition of PEDs. They're just drugs that effect your performance. Taking anabolic steroids and taking PEDs are two completely different things. PEDs are prescribed to people who have a specific illness and created for medical uses and anabolic steroids are made for the purpose of gaining muscle. You're clearly ignorant on the situation and have never tried either.

    I have no idea what you're on about? Firstly, you do care about your post count, otherwise you wouldn't be arguing when you're clearly losing. If you want to argue, don't respond to my posts days after I posted them. Why the hell are you responding to this now?

    Secondly, wow. The ignorance on this comment is beyond me. Scot Mendelson is what's known as a powerlifter. Okay? Not a strength lifer, a powerlifter.

    He also weighs more than arnold did and he's only 6'1, so he's carrying a huge amount of mass. Not to mention, Rich Piana doesn't arm wrestle and Scot is extremely experienced at it. Nobody expected Rich to win. Rich doesn't care about powerlifting or strongman, he cares about size and money. Where's Scot's bentley?

    What? I have almost one hundred posts. I comment loads in the nutrition thread about training and I've commented on threads about Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali and loads of over threads. Of course I haven't competed in bodybuilding? I have no intention of taking steroids anytime soon. I have competed in loads of other comTaekwondo compitions when I was younger, I was obseseed with it for some reason.

    Almost four thousand people have seen this thread and your photo. I'm not that ****** to put a photo of myself on a thread about steroids. And yes, I'm huge compared to you. I'm bulking at the moment and closing in on 200lbs. How the hell do you think that I'm going to be a fat kid when I'm doing my qualifications to become a personnal trainer?

              Oh lord. I've explained it multiple times. A PED is a performance-enhancing drug. A steroid is a synthetic hormone. A synthetic hormone does nothing, it tells your body to do something. A drug has an actual effect itself. They're completely different. Anabolic steroids are not PEDs and vice versa.

              No, it just doesn't exist. Everyone lifts for the purpose of getting stronger. Breaking the muscle tissue down, repairing it, pumping blood into the muscle and expanding the fascia tissue. Everyone does this.

              What you're thinking about, is called Powerlifting. This is when people lift for muscular strength and it's basically just an excuse to become extremely fat and not care about fitness or shape of their body.

              I'm not huge and shredded. I'm about 20% bodyfat, which is fine because I can bench my weight easilly and I still have good fitness. I never claimed to be shredded. You're the one who claims 16 inch forearms that you don't have.

              As a kid I mean from about the age of six up until seventeen. That's over ten years. It really doesn't matter how long you do martial arts for, I know everything I'll ever need to know about fighting for the rest of my life, not to mention I did karate along with it but I didn't compete because I wasn't as good at it.

                You're to ****** ,its beyond comprehension ,first not everyone lifts to get stronger you can add size on simple high reps,bodybuilders lift for size. I know 150 pounders that solely lift for strength that have stronger arms then the average body builder ,when you put a HW strength lifter vs body builder /casual weight lifter ,who do you think will be stronger ?

                Secondly , a PED is or can be anything ANABOLIC,which you STATED was FALSE ,you MORON!::

                I said i had almost 16 inch forearms, so again if you like keep making accusations then spout on about your own without any evidence you dope ,then put your membership on the line and within a month i 'll go back to Arm Wrestling training and post a vid , see you are to much of a SIMPLETON to know when to say when!


                P.s you dont COMPETE in karate ,its not a sport or a gauge of how good you are at it , its for use to put someone down anyway necessary not POINT sparring ! I really wish you would tell me what FIGHTS you were in ,you sound like a complete tool !
