Loeffler is no obstacle, he'd make it in 10 minutes. And Oscar is just being a responsible promoter, all this ridicule is probably better than a punishing, maybe one sided defeat

Really should be an easy fight to set as:

date is known;

no network issues;

promoters have worked together before;

stadia would be falling over themselves to stage it; and

Canelo has said that he will fight @160.

Only issue is split and that could be sorted out over a coffee IF both sides truly wanted the fight.

Problem seems to be that one promoter doesnt

Why people upset with Loeffler? He's just giving the pc comment, mean time working behind the scenes on other options. Steve Kim said Loeffler was currently in Europe, I'm guessing the Saunders fight in the real priority right now.

Like Cotto choosing Geale, Canelo chose to fight Khan over his mando in Golovkin. This lawsuit was a non-factor in the GGG fight.

GGG and K2 lost all their negotiating power when they got the belt. Now what are they going to say for the purse split, GB knows exactly what they made on the PPV because one of their fighters were involved. K2 for now has to buy that GB did 900K and 600K (both numbers su****ious). Also, the weight is going to be up to Canelo's side because they've stated that they're not moving and they have the name and options not to move. All ggg has now is memes and hoping that those little memes put pressure of Canelo which I don't see happening.
