Lara won't be hard to fimd, so there's every possibility he gets stopped. Every one of GGG's opponents thus far has been absolute pants, hence the reason for yet another fighter who hardly stands a chance being a major upgrade on his resume.

We can certainly find something to bet on, but I have already stated that I favor Golovkin over EVERYONE at 160.

I just don't like Golovkin's excuses for avoiding that fight.

Lara is notoriously difficult to look good against..... they don't want to risk Gennady looking bad, failing to put Lara away, or worse..... and I would just about bet my life on that.

Unless you really believe that Willie Monroe Jnr is a bigger draw than Lara ?

I understand why they are not interested in Andre Ward, no problem..... but the guy they definitely should have fought, is Mora.

Two years back, an ex-champ who has clearly faded would have been the perfect opponent for a top guy who is trying to establish himself.

So now it's 3 mover/spoilers that they could have fought, but didn't.

Boxing is all about styles/match-making.

Nobody is saying that Gennady is not a good fighter, or that he is not the best middleweight on the planet...... just that he is one of the most well-managed fighters on the market today, and that he is obviously subject to the exact same risk/reward decision as everyone else.

I have said nothing hateful, and nothing that is inaccurate..... we just want the bull**** to stop sooner rather-than-later..... and by "bull****" I mean the ridiculous jock-sniffing of Golovkin by his fanbase, the constant bashing of much better, more-established fighters (Cotto/Canelo/Martinez/Mayweather/Ward/etc, etc)..... and the lies from his management team.

We went through all that with Pacquiao..... in order for Pacquiao to be great, everyone else had to be constantly bashed..... boxing doesn't need to go through that again..... let Gennady become great based on his decisions/performances, like everyone else.

because lara fought canelo already. so it would give us an idea of how GGG vs canelo would play out. a lot of people had the fight between canelo and lara a lot closer and some could even argue that lara edge out the win. so depending on how GGG deals with lara it will give us an idea of how the fight with canelo will go.

Name one super welterweight who has a better quality of opposition record. This guy wants to fight the best and he would beat them all if the judges were honest and not bought off!! Lara has called out Floyd jr. To his face and Floyd jr. Ducks him!! Lara has called out GGG and GGG is ducking him.The only reason Canelo fought Lara is because he embarrassed him in front of his Mexican fans.But Canelo is scared of giving him a rematch because Canelo knows Kara made him look like a fool.he doesn't want to look like a fool for a second time.. Let me educate you right quick Lara has never been on the canvas that was the first time in his career. Lara and his team thought there was a hydration clause on the contract so he didn't rehydrate to his full potential. Angulo weighed 10lbs. Heavier than Lara for that fight.. Lara dehydrated and all made Angulo quit from the severe beating he gave him.. Lara is the man!!

I had him losing to Molina and drawing with Canelo. Barely got past Vanes in 2 tries, he's got nothing for Ggg
