Ward is active and knows how to make it look like he is winning some rounds.

Frankly one of the big issues I have with Golovkin-Lara is that it is difficult to picture an entertaining fight that doesn't involve Lara getting caught early and getting knocked out.

That applies to MOST of Golovkin's opponents.

That's not the kind of fight promoters want to be selling, not when the underdog can't be credibly sold as a threat either.

if Lara wasn't a credible threat, they would have fought him already.... just like they fought the others, who were mostly not credible threats.

How can you admit that Lara is difficult to look good against, and say that fighting him could harm Golovkin's reputation..... but then object to the fight?

You really are making excuses to justify why Golovkin should not fight a difficult opponent.

FFS, do you know how ****** that sounds? How do you know what conversations he's having with management and why do fans always pretend to know what's going on behind the scenes? Team GGG is well aware that Lara wants the fight and they've been dismissive when it's been brought up in interviews. He's been taunting them for over a year, don't pretended that they haven't offered it.

How do you feel now after the interview with Lara's manager where he basically explains all the reason why the fight CAN'T happen? Do you now realize that Lara was just name dropping Golovkin this whole time and people like you fell for it and accused Golovkin of ducking ?
