Yes, this was the breaking point for me. Drakulich was warning Vanes throughout the fight for nonexistent low blows. In his instructions, he said that the fighters could punch on the beltline. This happens very frequently and it drives me nuts.
Drakulich is horrible. Remember him DQing Chaves against Rios?

Obviously the holding is the worst probem in the sport...it's basically why boxing is dying in terms of entertainment for the masses in america, because the american style abuses this exploit....Also hate the guys who admonish a fighter for punching behind the head, when it's the opponent who's turning his head....also not warning guys who duck too low.....you basically have to stop yourself from going forward because if you crash into them with your legs, you're the one getting admonished....refs in general are old men, fat, icompetent and corrupt.

One of my biggest pet peeves (that I see week after week) is refs warning fighters for low blows for punches that land on the belt-line. Frequently you see refs giving instructions, looking at where the fighter's trunks are pulled up to and then stating something like "OK, punches here (indicates on beltline) are OK, anything below is a low blow."

Then as the fight proceeds a fighter may land a punch on the beltline and said fighter is then warned. It's completely unfair and especially so, when fighter's pull their trunks up past their belly buttons.
That was on of the first things I thought when I seen this thread. So many fighters wear their cup high covering the bottom of their ribs and referees do that even though they point it out in the prefight instructions.

In general, any ref that becomes bigger than the fight itself gets on my nerves. Stopping the fight constantly is NOT the right way to ref. They should give 2 warnings then deduct a point, then 2 warnings again and DQ a fighter.

And do that consistently for every fighter and for all violations. Lowlives like Ruenroeng and Salido should not be allowed to land 10 low blows without getting DQd. Wlad and Ward should not be allowed to clinch every 5 seconds. This kind of crap has no business in the boxing ring:
