I give him props on his "Lets go Champ!" stalking routine actually paid off. He's been at it for a couple years now without actually fighting anyone worth a damn and it actually worked in getting him David Haye lol.

I feel like he should sell his "Let's go champ!" services to other fighters for a fee. Like Golovkin should hire Briggs to follow around Canelo, Kovalev hires him to follow Stevenson and so on. He'd make some good coin!

what 44 year old is in their prime? Yea he has fought nothing but cans man. Its a feel good story of a guy trying to turn his life around. He will probably lose to Ortiz, Wilder, Joshua but hey, they gave old george a chance and he fought 20 cans until he got a title shot. why not Briggs who actually looks decent still even though his opposition is crappy like George. He does still have some speed, power, and countering ability. probably all of 2 rounds lol

I find Briggs funny and amusing, but this is a little silly. Lets not try and make Briggs out to be some philosopher, it's just a corny catchphrase.

I support anyone trying to turn their life around and mindset. His daugghter was his inspiration. as a father, my son has pulled me out of some dark places emotionally and mentally.

He's also got a great backstory, and if you dig through the crazyness, he's actually a decent, family man.

briigg's isn't too annoying, unless you're vladimir trying to get in a quiet vacation, or promote a fight on a press tour. i like him. can't see who wouldn't.

especially at HW, people expect charisma and pageantry. HW cross over most easily to the mainstream, and casuals understand trash talk, big personalities, charming / endearing fighters, etc. blame muhammad ali for that, hah.


the only reason we are taking so regularly about briggs is because he chased wladimir around the entire world. it was funny
