Doubt it. If he did that, he'd lose the WBA super belt and the WBC one. WBA will mandate Jacobs, as Jubei said, and WBC has already mandated Heiland. Saunders is the only escape from those commitments.

Can GGG easily make 154?

It seems like GGG is not able to cut weight as well as other fighters. For GGG to weigh in at 154 he would have to loss muscle and become a real JMW.

Maybe he's not willing to use drugs or illegal methods to lose weight as other fighters do.
