Yeah it seems like a bunch of techy and financial yuppies just out partying not giving much thought to the pathetic match ups.
Haye is probably broke or low on cash?

Some of my friends are casual fans and they really don't know **** about boxing.
If a PPV was over £40 in the UK (equivalent to $60) they wouldn't sell any because UK fans wouldn't pay it. US PPV costs 3x more than in the UK.

Damn. At that price i'd have a few more 'warm up' fights after Briggs if i was him.

          Based on what?

Everybody on here turning shades of green because Haye is making loads of money for a quick nights work. First why live in a limited world - be happy that an athlete is making good money. Second, read the article properly and understand that the huge earnings are being made from 2 roles he is fulfilling; boxer and promoter. I'd rather the promoter money went to Haye rather than an established promoter. After his long career he probably deserves a few final large paydays.
And its very common on here to read people moaning about boxing being a dying sport that the casuals no longer watch. Then in the next post people are moaning about how Joshua and especially Haye are attracting 'ignorant' casuals to the sport. Amazing!

Hsye built his fan base facing guys like this and the Brits lap it up, some even have him ranked in the higher echelons already after his last two wins.
Unfortunately, this is true. Casual fans in this country are some of the most clueless, obnoxious retards around.

              Spot on. Green K sent.

The British public is still dumb enough to actually buy his ticket.

if only the US had a few such fans the sport wouldn't be so dead over there

No wonder Briggs said he found a new home in the UK...the Brits will lap up his nonsense and support him if they can get behind someone like Haye...pathetic.
