Back in those days, not everyone had access to PPV like they do today, again it's comparing apples and oranges. My point is, saying most profitable doesn't mean much? Are you saying Floyd is a bigger star than Tyson?

He's a guy that nobody has beaten convincingly. He's a guy that has an aura and a reputation as a guy nobody wants to fight. And he's a guy that its borderline impossible to look good against. And if GGG doesn't get his money fight against Canelo (who I felt Lara beat) next, who out there is better than Lara that's willing to fight GGG? Jacobs isn't gonna fight him next. Neither is Saunders. And honestly, a win over Lara is more impressive than beating both thoae guys. We get it, nobody wants to fight GGG. But that doesn't give him an excuse to fight **** like he did in his last fight. Especially when he has a much better fighter that wants to fight him.
Yeah I'd rather see Lara in there than a Dominic Wade. At least it would be competitive for however long it lasted. And he would show GGG some angles he'd not yet seen before. GGG is good, but not a lot of competition has come along to really test him.

He did worse than a shot Angulo, and underperformed and put off most viewers. So him vs Ggg is no ppv, he should go the mando route. Solid mando defense for ggg

          :/

          There's a clear double standard.

I had a big response typed out to hero but it says I'm blocked.

            EDIT:

Here ill start you off. Man that Andre Ward is such a star, soooo many people come to his fights.... alright now your turn.
Are you f.uck'n ret@rded? Who said Ward was a star? I said he and GGG would do a better number than the **** GGG put on PPV with Lemieux. And any other non-Canelo opponent out there. That doesn't make him a star. That makes him and GGG a fight fight fans would wanna see. Unlike Lemieux, Jacobs, Saunders, or any of that other bull**** he's trying to sell.

What are you talking about? Lara's last fight averaged like 320k viewers, one of the worst ratings i've seen in a long time. Well besides Andre Ward's BET rating. Seriously, how ****ing bias are you?

Well i just wanted to hear you criticize Ward, which i don't think your capable of doing. I'm not sold that Ward would do a better number than Lemieux, have you seen the ratings he develops?

Yep. Revenue is irrelevant. He's doing bigger numbers than Tyson. Tyson didn't have to compete with illegal internet streams. He did make hia fights available in movie theaters at a reduced rate like Floyd does. He also wasn't selling $75 PPVs in a bad economy.

What? Lol angulo was considered a tune up. Did he even win a round before he was crying in Virgil's arms? Better my ****

**** off with demanding GGG fight Lara already.

I want Jacobs, Saunders, Eubank Jr., or Canela.

I might even accept Peter Quillin or Andy Lee as backup.

I'd like to see Ryota Murata if he continues to do well (not for another year or two, to give him some more professional experience). Ievgen Khytrov is another possibility (again, a year or two).

I was interested in Magomedov, but not anymore after this recent loss. He needs to show something again in his future fights.
