Hard 2 say as the opposition of Briggs had been D level, but that power is awesome...he beats Hatye, we will see what happens then vs Wilder...

This fight was a total joke. Briggs took on tougher guys in Marrone and Carmack than this roadkill opponent. He should have got the fight cancelled and just got the automatic fight against Haye. Also Briggs looked softer than before? He must be off his peak cycle.....

          Haye is overrated!!

David Haye is irrelevant to championship boxing, he's a egotistical self promoting underachieving "C" level fighter at best. He has underperformed on every major fight or scheduled fight that he's been involved in. I understand truly earning a "shot " at the title by reason of competing on a high level on a consistent basis, but Haye has probably spent all of his previous earnings and needs to come back and defraud the people of England to earn a living.
Let him fade away back into anonymity ASAP!

Canelo should leave Golden Boy !

How many times are we the buying public going to support these money hungry jokers like Oscar and his merry group of misfits? In my opinion, he's probably the reason that we're not getting the fight that we want to see. It's all BS and they know it ! Canelo is the marquee fighter in the golden Boy stable right now, and they don't want to risk another loss with Canelo by fighting GGG ! Stop the BS and just admit that he never had any intentions of fighting GGG ! He has become worse than those he used to criticize because of the politics of boxing! Get out of the way if you can't do any better than that, and let Canelo get with a promoter who believes enough in their fighter that will let him compete against the class killer, GGG!

Shannon Briggs gets a lot of good will because he's a likeable guy but he's been fighting more bums than David Haye has. It's clear he's just looking for one big pay day so he can retire. When he was stalking Klitschko - did people think he really thought he could beat him??
