    I said it earlier but a B Sample failure gets the official CHEAT stamp. A sample just sends letter to people. He would be smart to not get it tested.

        It might be different in this case, since it is a recently banned PED and not steroids. Also, the debate of what advantage Meldonium actually gives will likely come up. They'll probably settle.
