Well. I got Parker up by a round. In the end he showed heart and was in there against an experienced vet, very early on in his career. He needs at least 3 more fights of this caliber and a LOT of conditioning before facing any title holder. Otherwise he's going to sleep.

Parker has decent footwork, a decent chin and excellent speed. If he can sort his defence out he'll be a problem for anyone. Takam is no bum.

Some of the typical idiots on this forum will look at this fight as a negative. But this is a ****ing 24 year old who just pushed a fantastic veteran to the final bell and IMO clearly won on the cards.

He battled serious fatigue and adjusted his gameplan and boxed very, very smart through the fatigue. He showed he has a plan B. He showed a ****ing iron chin too. On top of all of that. He's 24!! He can fix the flaws.

That fight was better for his career then every single previous fight he has had! Takam is a better opponent than either Joshua or Whyte or Hughie Fury have faced in my opinion. And unless there is abut to be a robbery, he passed!
