    Golovkin & Wilder: 5 Points

1: Both are undefeated. Wilder got more wins, though.
2: Both have high KO percentages. Wilder's is higher, though.
3: Both got padded records. Golovkin got a lot of mediocre wins with guys like Lemieux, Geale, Wade, Stevens, etc., while Wilder mainly has fought trash, but Wilder has 1 win, Stiverne, which is a better win than any win on Golovkin's record. Stiverne had only 1 unlucky KO loss from his early career and had otherwise beaten everyone he faced, mostly by KO, which included solid opponents like Arreola and Mitchell.
4: Both have a hard time finding good opponents. Golovkin is being ducked by a lot of guys, like Saul "155lbs" Alvarez, but he himself is not doing a lot to get them into the ring. Wilder tried to get Povetkin into the ring, but Povetkin didn't have the courage to do it without illegal substances, which halted the fight.
5: Golovkin is 34. His prime is ticking away. Wilder is 30. He got some good years left.

To call Lemieux and Stevens "mediocre" is unfair... GGG just made em look that way.

Both still have much to prove but I'll agree that the way in which Wilder beat Stiverne is the best victory on either resume.

Lemieux is a litte bit better than average, while Curtis Stevens is only tougher than average and not really that special a boxer.

But yeah, we agree on Stiverne being the best win on either resume. I'm not trying to bash Golovkin here, but facts are facts.

To be honest, I consider Lemieux on around the same level as Duhaupas.

Hey great points and everything but why do you keep bigging up Stiverne? He's not bigger than Ggg best wins, he might be worse

Stiverne's claim to the belt over Arreola was as legitimate as any way in which GGG collected his belts. And Wilder took that belt from Stiverne with ease.

Golovkin's arguably best win, Lemieux, is arguably on the same level as Duhaupas. So nah.

I'm excited by guys like Wilder, GGG, Kovalev, Joshua and Ward because they have so many legitimate challenges in front of them and a chance to truly rise to greatness and re-ignite the sport in this newer era.

I expect there to be an undisputed P4P King by the end of next year.

It was about as legit as Lemieux winning his belt though Ndam is probably more legit than Arreola

That makes no sense, but you're a very dumb alt so it makes sense in a bigger picture

That's true. Imagine if Anthony Joshua knocks out Breazale, which I'm sure he will, and then knocks out Wilder and Fury (I'm confident that Fury will beat Wladimir), then he will have knocked out 6 undefeated opponents in a row and if he added a few undefeated cherries to the list, like Luis Ortiz and Lucas Browne, then I would consider him the best ever. Imagine him doing all the things above with ease, knocking out all those undefeated opponents. He would be an instant legend.
