He doesn't duck fighters and sell his name off of bigger fights like Ward has done, he is willing to fight anyone in his division without making them wait an excessive amount of time unlike Ward, Canelo and Mayweather.

Bizarre response. What evidence have we seen of this?

He's never been in a position yet where he's had to really consider taking a fight or "duck" anybody, because he's pretty much only fought journeymen.

Boxing is a business, you can guarantee that when the time comes and there's a very high risk-low reward fighter knocking on the door that everyone wants, Joshua and Matchroom won't be jumping at the opportunity, they will make the best business moves even if that means going an easier route for better/same money, especially with a high earning commodity like AJ.

We don't know. I've seen him fight 15 times and ko people and I wonder why they went down from phantom punches or punches that didn't seem much.
I've heard wlad and fury say how talented he is without going into detail why they felt like that about him.
I know he's very good but don't know why.

Its all of those combined and you can add attributes to the list,at 6'6 240/250 he is extremely athletic . Moreso right now it would be style and mental attitude of not making it a secret he wants the fight over as quickly as possible so he is forcing an action fight and only a few will be able to make it past rnd 3 at this point if he goes in to try and end a fight, because he hits that hard .His only flaw ive noticed he tends to pause when landing a power right hand and look at his hurt opponents instead of sometimes following up with another punch, you can see this when he puts his right hand dangling up in the air at the side of his head after landing as if hes admiring his work a he steps back ,that habit needs to go otherwise not really anything else at this stage thats wrong.

Is he actually that athletic though?

He seems rather flat footed and stiff to me which is probably the reason i feel the worst fight out there for him is Haye, IF Haye is still agile enough. Some of Joshua's opponents would make Chris Arreola seem cat-like.

He does have some very good attributes though.
