I can't blame him too much. He clearly knows he can't win so he was looking for the first good punch to go down on. Granted I doubt it felt good but I really don't think that was KO punch.. especially the manner in which he acted while on the mat.

I could be wrong, but the replay didn't even look like Peter hit the shot by the ear with much force.

Big right landed by peter, long isnt jabbing, he is backing up and gets tagged again. another nice right and long goes down. Long up at 7. Long looks a little dazed as peter works to the body a littly bit. Peter coming foreward and cornering long. Peter throwing bombs. Peter lands a huge punch against the ropes and long almost falls out of the ring. Long goes down and is seriously hurt.

I'm not debating Long's chin or Peter's power...both are pretty obvious. But I mean... c'mon. Look at the shot. It was at the end of his extension and a weird angle to be throwing forcefuly. I'd actually hope I'm wrong since I never would want to see a fighter taking a dive.
