Martin Murray has never beat a top ten contender himself yet was in the top ten and lost every fight he had vs top ten guys

I believe Sergey Khomistky would have been top 10 back when Murray beat him, but the MW rankings have changed a lot since then, so don't start asking me for links.

But it's not neccessary for a fighter to beat a top 10 ranker in any division to get a high ranking himself.

If you or anybody else can tell me what top 10 ranked LHWs Andre Ward beat to get himself a top 3 ranking at LHW, that would be fun. And Dawson at 168, 3 years ago, doesn't do it, btw.

But the only thing that matters in this discussion is that Murray was a top 10 contender, ranked No2 best MW in the world by most rating orgs, when Golovkin fought him.

Now can you tell me which top 10 ranked MWs Golovkin hasn't beaten, who are ready and willing to fight him?

Really hope to see GGG in some high profile fights before he gets old, I worry about his age, I hope he gets the Canelo fight. From there if he can't get Saunders he would have to fight a DeGale or Chavez Jnr. I don't know, GGG is the man right now but way too many haters!
