First of, it's not proved that Povetkin used meldonium in 2016. It's not the first case when last traces of meldonium aren't detected in all the probes. So the most probably that's what is with Povetkin. And in this case fight must be rescheduled.

Post the info about these other cases where a guy tested 100% clean this year & then tested dirty at Povetkin levels or higher. Been legit looking for that info without success myself.
