I don't even understand that argument. Damn near every PED was "legal" before it was classified as one. That's because they didn't know athletes were using it.

I don't understand how anyone can argue for athletes that knowingly took a drug that is meant for something else. Hopefully Povetkin heart wouldn't miss its regular meds.
