He wasn't prepared for Sergio martinez

Paul had trouble with southpaw- Sergio, lara, quintana

Paul would have throwed 1000 punches and hit canelo with about 300 of them. Williams by decision
Yes I remember that but it wouldn't have made much of a difference considering Williams could never get away from the over hand left, the Lara fight showed us that as well.

Williams was basically shot when he was set to fight canelo.. It would be like canelo vs angulo or kirkland.. Aged, straight forward, shaky chin fighters that would square up in front of canelo and get blazed..

Williams was much more effective before serg cracked that chin and put him to sleep
Are you saying Kirkland was shot like Pwill? If you are, I have to disagree. Kirkland looked good, he even managed to hurt Canelo a few times in the first round during their fight.

Yeah, Canelo wins, Williams is overrated and sloppy, the only things he has going for him is height and reach.

I guess I'm in the minority here, but I think Paul Williams would've beaten Canelo

Lara is a southpaw, the left is his strong hand.

            Canelo isn't a southpaw

I'm saying preparing for Martinez wouldn't have made a difference because Williams could never get away from the overhand left, as shown in the Lara fight.

Kirkland was way more shot than p will.

And I know you didn't just say kirkland looked good vs canelo. Cause he didn't at any point in the fight.

Canelo carried him as far as he could, just so the fans could get a little bit of their money's worth.

Kirkland gets knocked down just by looking at his self in the mirror. That dude was finished

and if he canelo won , pwill would be the best fighter he would've fought right now not named Floyd.
Yes, Canelo would have beaten Paul Williams. I said it before the accident too.

Canelo would have knocked PWill out because of PWill's come forward with aggression style.
