If he brutally KO's GGG he automatically enters the top 10 of this generation.

they already put him in the top 10 after the disputed trout victory so I wont be surprised if make him ring mag king if he only survives GGG, Oscar owns it afterall

As they say on the other side of the pond "Not bloody likely". But if he does KO GGG then I think he deserves to be in the top 5. On the contrary if GGG beats Canelo how will you rank him?

Ward-Kovalev will happen November. That's the fight for #1 P4P

If Canelo beats Golovkin by anything, that should put him at #2

In all fairness, the Kirkland fight was supposed to have been made years ago and it would've been a more legit fight back then. Supposedly Kirkland declined because he wasn't offered enough money.

If "Lil G be a hype job doe", how does that do anything for Canelo p4p wise?

Kev I love ya brotha but Kovalev - Ward is a 50/50 fight which many favor Ward to win. The sheer fact that Canelo is the heavy underdog in the GGG fight gives Canelo the edge if he wins, in my eyes.

Also: The MANNER in which both fights end will be a major factor. For instance, if Kovalev squeezes out a narrow decision whereas Canelo brutally murders GGG within 5 (hypothetical of course).

Never called GGG a hype job. In fact I have said he is the best MW, granted in a weak division, and one of the best 10 fighters in the sport. I definitely take issue with his resume, that you can point out

Regardless of what anyone thinks of GGG whether they think he's a hype job or not, he's ranked #2-3 P4P by about 5 different publications, Canelo is ranked in the lower 10, so automatically if he beats GGG, Canelo goes up several spots on those lists, GGG goes down

It doesn't matter what anyone thinks, it's where the journalists and media rank GGG, those are the lists i'm actually what i'm going by

Also a hype job doesn't have to be a bad fighter, a hype job is exactly that, in a literal sense. When a network/promoter and journalists are hyping up a fighter who may be very good, to god status. It's a hype job, a job that consists of hyping someone

If Derranged can drink 15 beers without even getting drunk/tipsy, but I hype him up to my friends and tell them Derranged can drink a whole box of 24 beers and stay sober. 15 is a lot of ****ing beers, but saying 24 is just a hype job in my part
