Povetkin shouldn't be the WBC mandatory anymore imo.

Three clean tests and then one dirty. There goes that "it's still in his system" argument. **** you Povetkin! Now I gotta look forward to Briggs on the 21st. Let's Go Champ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think he will. "Postponed" is code for "give WBC more time to line up the next eliminator and get the paperwork in order for Povetkin's 1-year suspension."

Wilder is not to blame for this why does he have to fight a bum? WBC can just name a new mandatory Kubrat Pulev & Johann Duhaupas both move up in the WBC ranking this year

Because Povetkin’s dirty sample came so late into the promotion, there was little that could be done in the way of subsequent testing through a World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)-accredited agency in efforts to produce enough clean tests to allow the fight to be sanctioned.
Boxing literally doesn't know how to get out of its own way. The benefit of PEDs doesn't leave your body after you stop testing positive. I mean reading that **** is ****ing ridiculous. The WBC has got to be the dirtiest organization is sports. Morales, Vargas, and now they wanted Povetkin to follow in their illustrious footsteps.

That would be great. This professional Deontay ducking while acting like Wilder is the ducker has me not giving af about Povetkin at all anymore. I used to respect the dude.

Well Povetkin had a heart condition, that's why he like Maria sharapova was taking that heart defect pill (Medonium).... They didn't take it to cheat... I promise

LOL, Ortiz was only banned for 8 months for ANABOLIC steroids. Expect Povetkin not to be banned at all, the fight will be postponed and scheduled for a date later in the summer. Povetkin will be randomly tested until that point (no excuse for it to be in his blood), and if he passes, no reason the fight shouldn't happen at that point.
