    *The world rankings of the four major organisations (IBF, WBO, WBC, WBA) do not accurately reflect who the best boxers in each weight division are. Case in point: arguably the five best heavyweights in the world – Klitschko, Wilder, Ortiz, Fury and Povetkin – do not feature in the IBF heavyweight top 10. Therefore the Transnational Boxing Rankings have been referred to in this article.

    Some weird haters (and Canelo) keep claiming that GGG has a bad resume and there you have it. He actually has the best resume of all active fighters.

    Now dont even start arguing that Canelo knocking out old and small Cotto or chinny Khan is more impressive than GGG stopping Lemieux and Murray.

    Also you can check out the latest Fight Game with Jim Lampley, he has GGG on #1 P4P now.
    Too easy.

    Sanctioning bodies rank who they rank and even the Transnational boards which have earned some respect, are affected somewhat by how the sanctioning bodies do things.

    The easiest way to debunk this theory- because that's what it is, a theory- is to ask yourself one question.

    Out of that list of "ranked" fighters Golovkin has fought, which of them are considered "elite".
    Which of 5 or 6 in that list are headed to Canastota?

    Answer THOSE questions and you will understand what kind of resume Golovkin has.

      yea GGG is the only fighter to have a high ko ratio bwahahahahahaha....half of the people he knocked out were knocked out before he fought them

      every fighters ko % drops when they regularly fight good competition

      happened to hearns, julian jackson, pacquaio, etc.

      he doesnt fight all bums...he fights 2 bums for every decent opponent.

      example...he fought lemieux in october but he just fought no name Dominic Wade right after and no name Monroe before...these dudes are prospects not contenders.

        Lol Canastota. How many active fighters from 154-200 are Hof bound right now? Froch has a great resume, how many of his wins are Hof bound, dumbfcuk?

          the answer....none..all you have to do his watch his opponents and who they fought and their skills. some are decent fighters. IMO lemmie is the best he has fought so far but he is no world beater and lost to two 2nd/3rd tier guys.

          the can man is the only fighter in history to have never beat an elite opponent and be considered top 3 p4p

          this man is making history

          "any can, can get it!!!!" ameriCANS, afriCANS, MexiCANS....any can, can get it!!

            who has GGG beat that would be considered elite, regardless of weight division...not necessarily p4p top ten.....but elite.....top 3 in the division he is in or above or below...you know the answer.

            but they ducking doe...translation: he has work to do before he is a hall of famer or legitmately considered top 3 p4p....worst resume of all time i've ever seen for that kinda praise

              Yeah, except EVERYONE ELSE ON THE LIST HAS MANAGED TO FIGHT AT LEAST ONE GUY WHO IS SURE TO BE IN THE HOF.

              Everyone except Golovkin.

              You're welcome.

                  He fought Garcia on 3/15. The rankings were released on 3/11. Why are you in such denial? It's not that serious bruh.

                  Besides, Dierry Jean and Zab Judah shouldn't have been ranked above him in the first place.

This is NOT an argument GGG fans should be pursuing, it makes you guys look like you're intentionally dumbing yourselves down. There's such better ways to argue the GGG vs Canelo angle, why pick this loser of an argument??
                      Man, you totally lost your mind.

                      I don't think GGG has the best resume. But as we said thousands times, and even Ward said, it's not his fault. MW's ran away from him since he became a pro. People vacated in order not to fight him. Even now when he's popular.

                      BJS -> Not ready, need 12-18 months and right money. Tells Eubank jr that GGG would beat both in the same night.
                      Jacobs -> Need 5 millions.
                      Canelo -> Vacated MW belt.
                      Cotto -> Vacated MW belt.

                      Let's not forget all the guys that ducked him prior to 2015.

                      So what's the ****ing point? If Sergio Martinez himself tells you: GGG is off the charts. What does it mean for you? Everyone can see it... but no, let's pretend he's being ducked because... because crap. THEY MW'S ARE SCARED.
