Ward has moved up a division. Why is the GGG defense force still on his nuts? He's no longer a threat.

Weight wasn't a problem for Lil G, Ward being too good was. Proven by the fact he wanted to fight others at 168. People mentioning money know Ward would have been by far the biggest pay day of his career, although at the time they were arguing Lemieux was a bigger draw and Lil G's PPV would sell 500k.

Lil G fans can try and skate around it with other excuses but the main reason he asked for 164 for Ward and not for others is because he was afraid of losing.

Why didn't Ward accept to fight GGG at 164???? Because Ward is a chicken $#it and knew he would lose to the superior Gennady Golovkin. If Ward really wanted to fight GGG, he would have shed the weight and met him at the scale. But he didn't did he? Easier to hide behind the can't make weight" excuses than to step up to the challenge. Ward should have taken on GGG's initial challenge when it was offered to him, yet he chose to claim "the timing's not right" excuse.

I wonder if you kept a straight face while typing up that tripe.

What was Ward's reaction on Team Golovkin's offer for a fight at 164 lbs? I think it took him several months to make a counter offer only until GGG vs. Lemieux was signed. If this is not true feel free to shut me up. Post a link with the date of his reaction to Golovkin's initial offer.
