What's your thoughts on Oscar Rivas as a prospect?

For sure gots some skills & obviously gots some power, but I've heard he's had a few eye surgeries + had his last fight vs Gerald Washington canceled (which was a fight that woulda said a lot about his talent) cuz he couldn't pass an eye exam. So idk how far he's gonna go or he can go with that problem. Could be nothing, but I know he's already lost a couple years of his career due to inactivity which I'd assume is eye related.

Boxrec shows he's scheduled to fight June 4th

Yea I think he's okay to fight in Canada. It was a US eye test he failed & got him suspended, banned or just not allowed to fight in the US a couple months back. Hadn't heard what exactly is up with that so like I said could be nothing, but I didn't take it as a good sign.

If Rivas can't get Jennings early, he is going to be in a world of hurt late in the fight. Jennings is going to push the pace and Rivas seems to have a stamina (and defense) problem.
