Also, wth? Froch was in the 168lb division, he weighed in, according to you, at just 4lb above the limit. That is chump changed when compared to guys like Margy, Canelo, Mosley and so on.

And what do you mean he is draining his ass? Ass training intensity increases, Froch would simply fall lower in weight and 168 wast he perfect fighting weight for him.

Froch isn't a big guy anyway. I stood next to him in an airport once. I knew I was taller anyway but Im probably a little thinner than average and he still seemed quite slight.

On the other hand I once stood next to Johnny Nelson in a public toilet and he was big and his **** his huge, like a leg of lamb.
