Hmmmm, saying they own the vast majority of the world's financial institutions and news/media corporations is pretty high praise (and factual truth).

I think it's safe to say at this point, even mentioning ***s or using the word ***s is considered a borderline criminal act.

Even if you aren't insulting them, just the fact that you are aware they exist or observe their chosen professions is perceived as some sort of threat.

I've never really disliked ***s. In the part of the middle east I'm from, the ***s were usually considered allies against Sunni lunatics.

But in America and western Europe ***s seem to be perceived as royalty or a half-way point between Gods an humans. Even making obvious observations about them gets you screamed at and punished.

Very rare are people of keystone power positions in the news, film, television industries who aren't ***ish. I had a friend in college who literally pretended to be ***ish get finance internships.

It's not some big secret.
