Pac would run laps around Canelo, Canelo is a weak fighter when he is forced to box. Pacquiao has great speed and power in his hands. The fight would go to UD decision for Pacquiao if Canelo can't connect.

BTW, Oscar needs to stop f-cking around and make GGG-Canelo. We've waited long enough and this steak is getting over cooked.

Canelo frustrates and decisions Manny over 12 even more decisively than Floyd.

Reason: Canelo's too beefy for Pac. Canelo won't run from the punches. Anyone who doesn't run from the punches either gets close or beats him.

And Manny's style beats Canelo easily. See it as truth or just my opinion, don't completely discredit it.
It's your turn now! Explain to me as to how & why Canelo would beat Manny.
Because he's "bigger" is not a viable answer.
I had some long ass post typed up, but when I submitted it I got a "you've been blocked" page with a big, ****** red X on it.

In short. You can't compare Manny skills to being the exact same as Floyd's, compare, out of thing air, Manny's chin to Amir Khans, then tell me that Canelo being bigger isn't a viable answer.

It's plenty viable when you're giving up 20 or more pounds to a prime middleweight. And it's not like Canelo can't counter. He can, and will counter Manny, because Manny is there to be countered. Too many clean right hands and Manny is on ice.....again.

Canelo has true power in his hands, Pac wont even be able to hurt Canelo at all, this is a deadly match not only that Nelo is a lot bigger than he was a few years ago.

But Roach is right he has to use what Floyd did, Floyd got Canelo to agree to 152 and made sure he was a bit weak, but now Canelo wont budge on that so the next best thing is to make a hydration clause, they have to come to a middle ground, Canelo will get his 155 and wont be allowed to go past 165 on fight night, Pacquiao has enough clout to get that, Canelo wont fight Triple G so they will budge for Pacquiao since thats a huge fight and easy money for Canelo.

Khan said Nelo was well over 180 when they fought, its weird how Nelo wont even fight at 160 and he hydrates more than GGG on fight night.

I think also Oscar wants revenge for what Pac did to him, so he will push for this fight.

Canelo should take it, it will sky rocket him and its a low risk high reward fight, Pac is tiny compared to him it might even be a shorter night than Khan.

I dont see Pac being able to outbox Canelo like Khan was able to do, Khan had reach, Pac doesn't, Pac will over extend and get caught with a heavy counter hook that will put him to sleep, the first shot he lands on Canelo, Canelo will not budge. Look at Cotto, he landed everything on Canelo and didnt wobble him or mark him up, Canelo is a big boy now. It will take someone like GGG or a 168 pounder to really hurt him.

He will just feast on these little guys for now and make millions.
Canelo has true power you say why he couldn't put cotto in the hospital like lil Manny and Floyd, and Swift stopped khan faster also...

You say Manny can't hurt Canelo well I saw Khans feathers stunning him, freezing him, and even buckling him...now what think Manny and his rare pop would do, those speed angles, pop and counterpunching gained the respect of the Master counterpuncher in Floyd, he'd beat Canelo easily imo, breaking down tape Canelo only throws with his feet planted while he's prancing in to get his feet set to punch, Manny with his low height, and low bob and weave would lean in with a sharp left and spin out while Canelo establishes his plant foot, by round 3 Canelo wouldn't know what to do as this ain't Floyd or khan backing nelo off, thats that rare Manny pop, the best defensive fighter, with a no legit knock down in 49 fight chin felt that pop...Canelo is not unbeatable there's about 10 ww I can easily name that'll mop the floor with khan and to lose 3-4 rounds vs a guy with algieri problems, Canelo gained no face with that overrated push right knockout of khan, whoever thinks a flatfooted straight up and down, no side to side fighter that throws 10-15 punches a round would ever beat Manny doesn't know shyt about boxing..As long as he has a 165 cap of course, like alot of Floyd and Manny fights have secretly...

SN: As a non biased fan of the sport please stop mentioning the JMM knockdowns/knockout, manny chin is atg, that cheating a** fraud ruined everything, he put a cloud over boxings potential biggest match, and he's been hiding in the shadows of boxings purgatory since...You see Manny took the chance of being accused of being on roids because he didn't want a Floyd match, but the sly politician completely spinned, both roids and a blatantly on Floyd, which is quite comical I could imagine Manny behind the scenes giggling about that turn of events, hmm on the other hand cheated and hired a chemist to beat a fighter he never could, and lightweight used team Manny duck of Floyd as justification, **** him...

I think Freddy needs to stop bringing up this fight possibility, at least until (if ever) Manny says he wants to come back.

Even Arum is saying he thinks Manny is actually retired now that he earned the senator role

Well, is Manny going to be caught with a bunch of clean rights? I don't see it.
I fully trust Roach in coming up with a game plan that beats Canelo.
Either way, he's just too slow keep up with Manny in every facet. Manny's better in every single way, bar size/strength.

I would love the fight and it'd be great for all parties involved, but Arum doesn't want it..

There are a couple posters here who seriously make me wonder if they actually like boxing or have a weird fixation with Pacquiao as a man.

We got one guy coming up with a huge hilariously delusional comment and then adds a little disclaimer to not count KOs towards Pac. Lmao. Then we got Khan stunning and wobbling Canelo...Pac having rare pop? Yeah..at like 140 and below... Dude isn't even hurting 147 pounders and he's supposed to befuddle a young counter punching 154-60 pounder with power and run circles around him (seriously..when was the last time Pac did this to a guy of Canelo's caliber?) I don't doubt Pac lands punches but it will be like the Khan fight "He was doing so well we thought...until he wasnt"

Let Pac enjoy his retirement instead of making ******ed fights like Canelo so that every Pacquiao crazed fanatic ends up sounding like Virgil Hunter at the interview. Pac doesn't deserve a beating like that...

I wonder if some of the Pac "crazy fans " really just want to see him catastrophically fail... The amount of Pac - GGG or Pac - Canelo threads is disturbing. Pac is amazing... But he's not *that* amazing to come up and somehow tank Canelo and GGG shots and outfight them. No... Stahp gaiz
